Privacy Policy
Effective Date: November 27, 2025
At Flux.2, we power Flux.2 visual intelligence for professional creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you generate multi-reference images, edit 2MP assets, or interact with our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, including account details (name, email, avatar), prompt history, reference images, feedback, and any communications with our support team. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider, we receive the minimal profile data required to authenticate you.
Creative Assets and Prompts
When you upload reference images or generate assets with Flux.2, we log the prompts, settings, and resulting imagery so we can deliver your outputs, diagnose issues, and improve Flux.2. We do not use your private generations for external marketing or model training without your explicit opt-in.
Information We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect technical data about how you access the platform, including IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URLs, session duration, and interactions with features like multi-reference panels or typography controls.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember workspace preferences, measure campaign performance, and personalize content. You can manage cookies in your browser, but disabling them may limit core Flux.2 functionality.
Payments and Credits
Flux.2 operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase credits or subscriptions, our PCI-compliant partners process your payment information. We store only the transaction metadata (credit balance, invoice IDs, plan details) and never retain full card numbers on Flux.2 servers.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not intentionally collect government identifiers, health data, biometric information, or data from children under 13. We do not scan your galleries for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to third parties.
How We Use Information
We use collected data to operate and improve Flux.2, including delivering generations, training safety filters, preventing abuse, supporting billing, communicating product updates, and developing new features such as typography controls or multi-reference workflows.
Data Security and AI Safety
Flux.2 applies encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and periodic audits. Our safety systems screen inputs and outputs to reduce harmful or unauthorized content, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.
Third-Party Services
Flux.2 integrates with infrastructure, analytics, payment, storage, and support vendors that help us deliver Flux.2. We share only the minimum necessary data with these providers, and each vendor is required to protect it under contract.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or operational changes. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide in-product notifications. Continued use of Flux.2 after the update constitutes acceptance.
